My Risk Partner will work with your organization to identify and remediate control gaps through detective, preventative, or corrective control development. Fully understanding the most effective and efficient control type for each gap is essential for gap closure and continued productivity.

Issues arise in businesses across the globe every single day. The most important step in the issue management lifecycle is correctly identifying the root cause, and it is also the step that is most often insufficient. In many cases an issue’s complexity can be challenging to manage and track through the issue management lifecycle. Additionally, an issue can have multiple corrective action plans that have multiple milestones throughout the full remediation. My Risk Partner manages issues with an organized project plan and partners with key stakeholders to ensure the issue is resolved appropriately.
